Why not refer your friends to LocalLink? If you refer others to Local Link, you will receive $20.00 towards your account. When someone calls in to set up new service and requests your name be used as a referral*, your account will be credited accordingly. So why not tell your friends about us !! Alternatively, use our automated Referral Page and have emails sent to prospective friends.
The referred customer must be a paying LocalLink customer for 60 days before
the referring customer receives the referral credit. At the time the referral
credit is issued, the accounts of both the referring and the referred customer
must be current. If both parties accounts are not current, the referral
credit will not be granted.
To receive credit for a referred customer, the referred customer must be
a first-time Local Link customer. In addition, referral credits will not be granted to customers
signing up through Local Link resellers.
Referring customers can earn up to 10 credits per month.
The following Internet access plans are eligible for the LocalLink Referral
Program: LocalLink Dialup, LocalLink DSL, LocalLink Webhosting and LocalLink
Please note that a number of LocalLink services are ineligible for the
Referral Program. The ineligible services include LocalLink Web Development,
LocalLink Frame Relay, LocalLink Private Line Services, LocalLink Co-Location
and other LocalLink Business Service Plans. Subscribers to these services
cannot earn credits for referring new subscribers.
The standard referral credit is $20.00. Periodically, LocalLink
may announce additional promotions within its Referral Program that may
offer credits in excess of those indicated above.
Referral credits will be posted on the 15th of each month (or the first
business day thereafter) after the month in which the referral becomes
valid. For example, if an existing Local Link customer refers a first-time
dialup customer on October 5th and said customer pays his first two months
fees in full, the referral credit will be posted on December 15th.
Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded. Thus, if a
referring customer cancels their account, all remaining referral credits
